Therapy for What the Mind & Body Have Carried.
Trauma-focused psychotherapy integrating EMDR, somatic and nervous-system approaches. Specialized support through trauma, anxiety, depression and medical experiences such as cancer and organ transplant journeys, grief and major life transitions.

Areas Of Support
Healing isn't one-size-fits-all. I offer trauma-focused therapy that considers both what you've experienced and how those experiences may continue to show up in your mind, body and nervous system.
Explore specialized support for trauma and EMDR, medical and cancer experiences, organ transplant journeys, grief, and nature-based therapy. Virtual sessions available in Ontario and British Columbia. In-person sessions available in K/W, Cambridge and Oxford County.
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Whether you're navigating trauma, mental health challenges, a medical diagnosis, cancer, organ transplant, grief, or simply a difficult chapter, therapy can offer a place to process, heal and reconnect with yourself.

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up as yourself.
With more than 20 years of experience supporting people through trauma, loss, crisis and significant life changes, my approach brings together evidence-based trauma therapy with an understanding of how our experiences are held in both the mind and body.
I integrate EMDR, somatic and nervous-system approaches, CBT/DBT and mindfulness, while adapting therapy to the person in front of me—not expecting you to adapt to therapy.
Sessions are available online across Ontario and in nature-based settings for those who prefer something different from a traditional therapy office.
